នៅក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូ អ.គ.ក.ស. អំពីសមិទ្ធផលការងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់លេខាធិការដ្ឋានកែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដូចជាការសិក្សាពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដើម្បីបញ្ជ្រាបវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការធ្វើបទសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយមន្ត្រីសំខាន់ៗ និងនីតិវិធីនៃការប្រមូលទិន្នន័យទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ដើម្បីកំណត់ពីមុខងារ និងភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អង្គភាពនីមួយៗ ព្រមទាំងតម្រូវការជំនាញ និងធនធានមនុស្សពិតប្រាកដ សំដៅធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថ្មីរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធផលការងារ។

ជាការឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តម សួន រស្មី និងប្រតិភូ អ.គ.ក.ស. បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ដែលបានចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានស្តីពីសមិទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងបានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលបានខិតខំបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយឆន្ទៈ និងភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីចូលរួមអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីជាតិកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ២០២៤-២០២៨ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Friday, 07 June 2024, His Excellency TAT Puthsodary, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, along with subordinate officers from relevant departments, received a courtesy call from the delegation of the Ministry of Civil Services, led by His Excellency SUON Reasmey, Under Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Public Administration Reform Committee, to discuss the ongoing review of the structure and analysis for the functions of the Ministry of Commerce.

During the talks, His Excellency Secretary of State informed the delegation of significant achievements made by the Ministry of Commerce’s Public Administration Reform Secretariat (MoC-PAR), such as trade mainstreaming into Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I, key informant interviews (KII), and a comprehensive data collection process conducted at both the national and sub-national levels to identify the functions and responsibilities of each entity under the ministry, along with the actual skills and human resources needed to support its updated structure aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectively responding to emerging new challenges posed by globalization.

His Excellency SUON Reasmey and his team expressed their gratitude to His Excellency the Secretary of State of Commerce for sharing the remarkable achievements of the MOC-PAR Secretariat. They also commended the Ministry of Commerce for its dedication to driving public administration reforms with accountability, which is crucial for contributing to the implementation of the Royal Government’s Public Administration Reform Program 2024-2028.
