(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគាររ៉ូសវូដ ភ្នំពេញ ឯកឧត្ដម តាត ពុធសូដារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “ការចរចា និងសេចក្តីព្រៀងវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់១៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សហការរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងស្រាវជ្រាវនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រួមមាន៖ ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងសន្និសីទអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្ដីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានចុះក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គរាជទូតនិងជាប្រធានស្ថានបេសកកម្មអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក និងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវប្រទេសស្វីស ព្រមទាំង លោក លោកស្រី មន្ត្រីរាជការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ វិស័យឯកជន និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាច្រើនរូប។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះគឺផ្តោតលើនីតិវិធីនៃការចរចាចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ និងការអនុវត្តក្នុងបរិបទនៃការចាកចេញពីប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច LDC ដែលធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងកិច្ចអន្តរាគមន៍ ដោយវាគ្មិនជំនាញចរចាលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ជំរុញឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ យកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងចូលរួមពិភាក្សាអំពីករណីសិក្សាឱ្យបានផុសផុល និងចូលរួមចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ខាងលើនេះ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 13 January 2025, at the Rosewood Hotel, Phnom Penh, His Excellency TAT Puthsodary, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the opening ceremony of the executive training on “Negotiating and Drafting Rules of Origin for Cambodia,” held from 13 to 15 January 2025. It was co-organized by the Trade Training and Research Institute (TTRI) of the Ministry of Commerce, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

This training was also attended by the Ministry’s leaders, directors-general, Cambodia’s commercial attachés, representatives from relevant ministries, the private sector, and development partners.

The executive training’s objective is to build knowledge and skills on rules of origin and their implementation in the context of LDC graduation. This will prepare skilled negotiators and implementers of trade agreements to benefit from preferential agreements, by establishing a constructive public-private dialogue on rules of origin negotiation and implementation.

During the event, His Excellency Secretary of State encouraged all participants to pay close attention, engage in practical discussions, participate in case studies, actively ask questions, and share their experiences to gain more valuable knowledge and experience from this important executive training.
