ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី មានប្រសាសន៍ថា អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះនឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់ទំនាក់ទំនងនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ជាពិសេសលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ហើយគណៈកម្មាធិការពាណិជ្ជកម្មចម្រុះដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយអនុស្សរណៈនេះ នឹងក្លាយជាយន្តការមួយ ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យភាគីទាំងពីរស្វែងរកមធ្យោបាយ ដើម្បីបង្កើតលក្ខខណ្ឌអំណោយផលសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ច និងអ្នកវិនិយោគ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពង្រីកមូលដ្ឋានផលិតកម្ម និងជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។

ជាមួយនឹងការបង្កើតគណកម្មាធិការពាណិជ្ជកម្មចម្រុះ កម្ពុជានិងប៉ាគីស្ថាន នឹងធ្វើការជាមួយគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ក្នុងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយវិស័យឯកជន រួមមាន៖ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសមាគមធុរកិច្ច ដើម្បីជំរុញសកម្មភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរព័ត៌មានអំពីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លើកកម្ពស់សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម ព្រមទាំងបើកដំណើរការនូវស្តង់ដា បទប្បញ្ញត្តិបច្ចេកទេស និងនីតិវិធីវាយតម្លៃអនុលោមភាពសម្រាប់វិធានការ/បទប្បញ្ញត្តិស្តីពីអនាម័យ​និងភូតគាមអនាម័យ និងរបាំងបច្ចេកទេសពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការនាំចេញ៕

Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, signs a Memorandum of Understanding between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the Establishment of a Joint Trade Committee

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 28 May 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and His Excellency ZAHEERUDDIN BABAR THAHEEM, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the Establishment of a Joint Trade Committee.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Her Excellency Minister mentioned that this Memorandum of Understanding will significantly contribute to the elevation of the two countries’ relations, particularly on trade and economic cooperation, and the Joint Trade Committee established under this Memorandum will serve as a mechanism that allows both sides to explore ways to create favorable conditions for businesses and investors and to diversify economies, expand production bases, and foster bilateral trade.

With the establishment of the Joint Trade Committee, Cambodia and Pakistan will work together and actively engage the private sectors, including Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations, to, amongst other things, promote trade and economic activities, exchange information on trade, promote small and medium enterprises, and enable standardization, technical regulation, and conformity assessment procedures for SPS and TBT measures/regulations to streamline exports.
