កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមភាពជាប្រធានអាស៊ានរបស់ប្រទេសឡាវឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ក្នុងគោលបំណងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ ពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ៗនៃសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាន រួមមាន ការអនុវត្តផែនការលម្អិតសហគមន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងការរៀបចំសហគមន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ានក្រោយឆ្នាំ២០២៥ របៀបវារៈចីរភាពអាស៊ាន និងបដិវត្តន៍ឌីជីថលអាស៊ាន ក៏ដូចជាពិនិត្យឯកសារសមិទ្ធផលក្រោមសសរស្តម្ភសហគមន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ានដើម្បីត្រៀមដាក់ជូនកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ានលើកទី៤៤និងលើកទី៤៥ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

(Vientiane, Lao PDR): On Monday, 7 October 2024, in Vientiane, Lao PDR, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Council Minister for Cambodia, led Cambodia’s delegation to attend the 24th ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Council Meeting.

The Meeting was hosted under the Lao PDR’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2024 to monitor the progress and discuss key ASEAN economic integration agendas, which include AEC Blueprint Implementation, Establishment of the Post-2025 AEC, ASEAN Sustainability Agendas and ASEAN Digital Transformation as well as to consider the outcome documents under the AEC for the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits.
