(រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ) នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី០២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតី ថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាក្នុងពិធីបើកកម្មវិធី “One ASEAN Startup Award Pre-Event” ដែលមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមពីអន្តរក្រសួង និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ ជូនចំពោះវិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសម្រាប់អាស៊ាន និងអាស៊ីបូព៌ា (ERIA) ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងឥតឈប់ឈរ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ នៅអាស៊ាន ដែលបានដើរតួយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញ កំណើនក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក។

លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងថា ការចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្មបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម, ការបង្កើតការងារថ្មី, និងជះឥទ្ធិពលជាវិជ្ជមានដល់ផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុក GDP នៅពេលដែលគំនិតនវានុវត្តន៍ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងអាជីវកម្ម Model ទាំងនោះ បានវិវត្តន៍ទៅជាអាជីវកម្ម ដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយជោគជ័យ។

ថ្លែងក្នុងកម្មវិធីបើក លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកទឹកចិត្តអ្នកចូលរួមអោយសកម្ម ចាប់យកឱកាសដកស្រង់បទពិសោធន៍បន្ថែមនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ និងចាត់ទុកជាឱកាសដែលអ្នកចូលរួមអាចបង្កើតបណ្តាញNetwork ផ្លាស់ប្តូរគំនិត និងពង្រីកនវានុវត្តន៍នៅទូទាំងតំបន់អាស៊ាន និងសកលលោក។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជូនជាអនុសាសន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. គាំទ្រនូវកម្មវិធី ASEAN Startup Award ដែលរៀបចំដោយ ERIA នាពេលនេះ

២. លើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យសហគ្រិន និងយុវជនកម្ពុជាចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះឱ្យបានច្រើន ដើម្បីបង្ហាញនូវគំនិតអាជីវកម្ម នាវានុវត្តន៍ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗ ក្នុងអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន

៣. សម្រាប់បេក្ខជនដែលទទួលបានជ័យលាភី សូមបន្តបង្កើននូវសមត្ថភាពសហគ្រិនរបស់ខ្លួនបន្ថែមទៀត និងសូមចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ជូនដល់សហគ្រិន និងយុវជនដ៏ទៃទៀត ដែលមានបំណងចង់ចាប់ផ្តើមធុរកិច្ចថ្មី,

៤. សូមសហគ្រិនកម្ពុជាបង្កើននូវ Networking ជាមួយសហគ្រិននៅបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ាន និងពិភព-លោកឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ ដើម្បីចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាព និងធ្វើជាដៃគូអាជីវកម្មកម្មផងដែរ,

៥. លើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យយុវជន និងសហគ្រិនកម្ពុជាចាប់យកនូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល និងការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក ដើម្បីពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យកាន់តែរីលូតលាស់ស្របតាមបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល

៦. លើកទឹកចិត្តដល់យុវជនកម្ពុជាឱ្យក្លាហាន ហ៊ានចាប់ផ្តើមធុរកិច្ចថ្មី ដើម្បីក្លាយខ្លួនជាសហគ្រិនដែលមនឹងដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 2 September 2024, at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, presided over the opening ceremony of the “One ASEAN Startup Award Pre-Event” with many participants from line ministries and stakeholders.

To begin with, Her Excellency expressed her appreciation to the ERIA, whose tireless efforts in promoting collaboration and innovation across ASEAN have been instrumental in the region’s and the world’s continued growth.

Her Excellency Minister mentioned that startups play a crucial role in driving socio-economic development, creating new jobs, and positively impacting GDP when their innovative ideas, technologies, and business models successfully evolve into established businesses

In her remarks, Her Excellency Minister encouraged participants to actively seize the opportunity to gain more experience in this program and consider the opportunity for participants to network with friends, exchange ideas, and expand innovation across ASEAN and the world.

In conclusion, Her Excellency Minister offered her personal recommendations as follow: (1). support the One ASEAN Startup Award Pre-Event organized by ERIA, (2). encourage more Cambodian entrepreneurs and youth participating in this program to present business ideas, innovations and new technologies in their business, (3). for the successful candidates, please continue to increase your entrepreneurial capacity and share experiences with other entrepreneurs and youth who want to startup, (4). Cambodian entrepreneurs to increase networking with entrepreneurs in the ASEAN countries and the world to share experiences, address challenges, develop capacity and become business partners (5). encourage Cambodian youth and entrepreneurs to embrace digital technology and e-commerce to expand their business by adapting with the digital transformation, (6). motivate Cambodian youth starting up to become successful entrepreneurs who will play an important role to the economic growth.
