Trade Promotion

This modular training program is with the objective of conducting effective trade events so as to facilitate the cross border trade of Cambodia.

Objectives:

  • To understand the role of CCIs, BAs and trade promotion agencies in trade and Investment facilitation and promotion;
  • To develop skills to use different tools by organizing various trade events;
  • To enhance skills to plan, conduct effective trade events and monitor the success of the event; and
  • To strengthen the corporation network among trade promotion agencies and SMEs so as to promote inter- and intra- trade in the region

Outcomes:
Upon the completion of the training program, the participants are able to:

  • Understand the roles of various trade promotion agencies and exchanged trade events information;
  • Identify products and potential markets to promote SMEs industrial cluster in the border area;
  • Enhance empirical capacity on effective trade events organization and management; and
  • Foster closer collaboration between stakeholders for facilitate cross border trade.
