𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴

On February 7, 2024, Trade Training and Research Institute (TTRI), in collaboration with ARISE Plus Cambodia, organized a “𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴” in Siem Reap province.

The workshop was a crucial part of the plan’s development and refinement process, bringing together key relevant stakeholders to confirm the key findings from earlier consultation workshops conducted at both central and provincial levels. The workshop also aimed to gather additional input and feedback to shape the overall plan formulation.

Of note, TTRI is a multi-disciplinary department within the Ministry of Commerce (MoC). Its mandate is to provide training for stakeholders in Cambodia’s trade and business sectors. TTRI also conducts research activities that aim to contribute to the growth and progress of trade and business in the country.

The primary objective of this upcoming five-year plan is to establish a robust management framework for the TTRI. This framework aims to align the institute with the MoC’s mission, enhance service delivery, and transform the TTRI into a specialized policy think tank focused on trade development research and innovation.
